Our shipping methods are designed to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. We carefully package each item to guarantee its protection during transit. We aim to keep the costs transparent and affordable for our valued customers.

Destinations outside the US may be subject to import duty and customs clearance charges. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of customers to pay on or after receipt of goods.

We recommend that you check with your local customs office to find out what the exemption limit is for goods entering your country before having to pay taxes. Orders over $800 are likely to attract customs duties. Handling and custom fees may apply and are not included in the postage price and can vary widely. Additional charges and duties payable are the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery. If customs clearance procedures are required, it may cause delays in delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Tattum Reading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your phonics books, boards, or sets, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. We aim to provide you with high-quality resources that support literacy and foster a love for reading. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and our friendly team will guide you through the process.


We believe in the quality of our products and strive to provide a seamless experience for our customers. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

Eligibility for Returns:

- Returns are accepted if shipped within 30 days of the date of receipt (but no later).

- Most items eligible for return must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

-Some items (magnet sets, manuals, etc) may be accepted if opened but not used. Contact info@tattumreading.com to find out more.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Support team via email at info@tattumreading.com. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of your reason for return.

2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and, upon determination of eligibility for return, we will provide you with detailed return instructions.

3. Ship Your Return:  The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Send the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. 

-The item(s) is/are your responsibility until they reach us. We will not be responsible for any damage or loss in transit and therefore recommend for your own protection that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.​

– If you choose to send via a non-tracked service and your return does not arrive with us, we will not be able to refund you. Proof of postage will not be accepted.

The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty or sent in error. The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse in their original and saleable condition.

Refunds and Credits:

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process.

- For Classroom/Library/Tutoring Center purchases, a restocking fee of 15% of the item's purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount.

-Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges:

- If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and request an exchange. Our team is happy to assist you with this process to ensure a smooth transition.

Damaged or Defective Items:

- If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
